Growing up on the South Coast, Chris always aspired for the marine industry and once he'd come to terms with his failure to get a place in the Liverpool Team, he knuckled down to his degree in Maritime Leisure Management.  His knowledge and hands on learning started at the award winning Lymington Yacht Haven. For over 2 decades Chris has managed Gillingham Marina, recipient of 5 gold Anchors and the premier yacht basin on the Medway. He has a commercially endorsed licence and broad ranging experience of the river and all activities upon it.

Emma runs a tight ship as evidenced by her Outsanding Ofsted accreditation whilst managing her Children's nursery. She combines her fine attention to detail with her culinary expertise to create magnificent days combined with mouth-watering cuisine to compliment your experience.

Lucy has a passion for all things on the water which started when she was very young- she was on her first boat before she could walk! She’s a qualified skipper and diver and is a keen water-skier.  Her knowledge of the Medway comes from Gillingham Marina where she's been working for nearly 3 years. Lucy does our marketing and admin to ensure your experience is perfect at Red2Red.

With a passion for boating from the age of 8, he inflated his first Avon inflatable in his bedroom! Having sailed extensively in the Mediterranean, Australia and the US; he has also spent 20 years and thousands of miles on the East Coast.

Paul spent much of his career running a European marketing business with over 30 blue chip clients. He organised memorable events on behalf of brands such as P&G, Unilever and Nestle and brings this experience to your next amazing event with Red2Red.

Claire is used to being front of house as a professional singer. Whilst you probably won't be greeted with an aria or song you can guarantee a warm welcome. Claire will ensure every detail of your arrival and arrangements for the day are in place and conducted with exceptional care and keeps us all in check!  

Also boating from berth, Ellie loves time out on the water. She’s a qualified skipper and diver too and loves being behind the wheel. Ellie’s always out keeping our fleet in tip top condition; scrubbing at the tubes and making sure that all your life jackets are clean and ready for when you join us out on the water! When not looking after our fleet, she helps with admin.
